A talk by Monica Moniz with Cambridge University Press
The talk will focus on clearing up what roles are needed to run an academic journal. Publishers, journals, and academic societies distribute essential tasks in various ways. These tasks may be done in house, by academics, by external partners, or by freelancers – often adding to the confusion of who does what and why!
The audience will leave this talk more informed on types of roles that may be of interest to them in the future and who to contact with your publishing queries, but also with a greater understanding of what publishers like CUP actually bring to the table!
