If you have some basic working knowledge with the Python programming language or you are beginning to manage your data fluently in other programming languages and want to learn more about Python, some data champions will be running a one-day session on Thursday 12th October in the Downing Site
This course will cover functions and modules and requires some basic programming skills as described in the link to the training page.

We will make sure that you leave the workshop aware of the best practices for developing projects on Github (e.g. writing a good “readme” or posting and labeling issues) and an understanding of how Github can help make your projects more readable and accessible.
