Open Research

Tuesday 27 September 0900 - 1300

Department of Engineering, Lecture Room 6

Join us to discover resources to help with the process of writing, editing and publishing across the research disciplines.

This session will offer the chance to learn about available tools, ask questions of the experts, and take part in a speed-dating workshop to explore:

  • using real-time collaborative writing tools Overleaf and Authorea
  • publishing research at different stages of the research lifecycle through journals including Science Matters and RIO
  • using ORCID to uniquely identify yourself and connect yourself to your research outputs.

If you are already using these tools, user support will be available.

Morning refreshments will be provided.

Thanks to Overleaf for their sponsorship of this event.
