Cambridge University Libraries Research Skills (CULRS) sessions have gone live for Easter term 2023-24. These regular sessions, which take PhD students and other researchers through key academic research skills, kick off on 24 April and run through until 6 June.
The research skills courses and workshops feature dedicated sessions for both STEMM and AHSS researchers. These include sessions about Managing your Research Data for Researchers (AHSS) and Literature Searching for Researchers (STEMM). Sessions also offer topics of interest to both groups, including on Copyright and Creative Commons for Researchers, and How to Write When You Don’t Want to Write. There is also a new session on Peer Review.
This term’s roster also includes a new interactive workshop on Fair Attribution and Publishing for Technicians, which broadens out a session started by the Biological Sciences Libraries Team to all those in technician roles at any grade or level. Be sure to sign up before spaces are filled.
