A new arrival to Cambridge’s Office of Scholarly Communication, Dr Christophe Gillain has taken up the role of Scholarly Communication Support, which involves supporting the University’s open agenda and liaising with its researchers.
His wider brief includes management of research output deposits, providing advice on funder compliance and journal open access policies, contributing to workflows/policy, and outreach and advocacy.
Christophe previously worked in the Modern and Medieval Languages and Linguistics Faculty administering the History and Modern Languages joint degree. Having recently completed a PhD in History at Cambridge, he looks forward to bringing his experience as a researcher to his new role.
